The LEENDERZ Funds are investment funds for people and organisations who relatively safe want to achieve a higher return on their savings/wealth. It is founded for the long term (generations) by and for the participants. The fund is not for profit, so the returns benefit the participants. The LEENDERZ Fund is a financial institution. Fiscally it is an investment institution in the form of a Common Fund (FGR/Fonds Gemene Rekening) and as referred to in the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft). This Dutch law and resident is favourable for the participants, disregard their residence. As a result, the fund participants are formal participants and not customers and creditors, lowering the counterparty risk. Participants are the direct and economic owners of all investments made by and held in the fund.
