After six years of research, LEENDERZ Liberty Funds started in 2016 to safeguard wealth over generations.

The participants are not clients (creditors), but participants (owners), i.e. direct and economic owners of all investments made by and held in the fund. The fund maintains a 100% reserve, which means that it cannot go bankrupt and participants can always be paid out. The funds are non-profit-making, which means that the return benefits the participants.

The fund is a financial institution. From a tax point of view, an investment institution in the form of a Joint Account Fund (FGR), as referred to in the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft).
