LEENDERZ Liberty Fund is a closed family- and friends fund.
It is founded in 2016 to safeguard and grow wealth over generations.

Partakers in the fund are not clients (creditors), but participants (owners). Participants are the owners of all investments made by and held in the fund. The fund holds 100% of the investments (assets), it cannot go bankrupt and participants can always be paid out. The fund is not for profit, which means that the returns benefit the participants.

The fund is a transparent mutual trust fund as referred to in the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft).
