The LEENDERZ Fund acts with the following goals and principles: - We act with integrity, equality and compassion. - Retaining the assets, our wealth, has the first priority. The second priority is growing of our wealth. - The fund is 100% transparent for all participants (only personal information is kept private). - The fund always holds 100% in reserves. - Investments are made for the long term, no speculation is conducted. - The fund does not borrow money for any purpose (except for a mortgages when purchasing a properties or companies). - The fund is 100% auditable by a certified financial- or IT-auditor. - All participants are part of the audit distribution circle. - The remuneration for the fund manager is 0.5% of the assets under management on an annual basis. - The fund manager ensures minimal banking, transaction, operational and facility costs. - The fund manager himself keeps more than 75% of the equity in the funds (proof is in eating the pudding/ walk your talk/ put you money where your mouth is). This guarantees a healthy common interest; - Investments are not guided by greed and fear, but by love, reason and discipline.
