The real estate fund was established to offer savers/investors the opportunity to invest in real estate in the Netherlands and Germany. Investing is done in three ways: 1 - We buy real estate, make it beautiful and rent it out; 2 - We buy dilapidated real estate, renovate it and rent or sell it; 3 - We carry out maintenance on our own properties, but also on properties of other owners. The real estate fund buys free-market owner-occupied homes in the middle segment of the market in the Netherlands and Germany. We rent out for reasonable prices. We do not want short-term maximum profit with rapidly changing and dissatisfied tenants. We want a long-term optimal profit, with tenants who continue to rent long and satisfied. There is also a greater chance that our property will be treated with more respect, which in turn saves unnecessary maintenance costs. We strive for a beautiful streetscape, satisfied residents and municipalities. We can also look at ourselves in the mirror with the idea that local residents can continue to live affordably, even locally in their own village or city. However, we still receive a nice long-term return on our investments. We carry out preventive maintenance ourselves from a maintenance company. With this we aim to prevent overdue maintenance. This saves unnecessary extra costs and provides a beautiful streetscape and a higher living enjoyment for the tenant. Our real estate also retains a higher value. Profits from the maintenance company benefit the real estate fund. The real estate fund is included in the LEENDERZ Liberty Fund.
